Book Launch: Penny Craswell - Design Lives Here – Design Canberra Festival

Book Launch: Design Lives Here

Join design writer Penny Craswell for the launch of her new book for Thames & Hudson ‘Design Lives Here: Australian Interiors, Furniture and Lighting’ at Midnight Hotel Bar.

Traversing dwellings large and small, from the city to the suburbs, the water’s edge and the bush, these 21 homes and the 21 objects within offer a compelling snapshot of contemporary Australian design.

Each chapter explores the home from the context of site, place, materiality and use, while also telling the story of one piece of Australian designed furniture and lighting per home.
