One of the benefits of our planned city is a pristine water catchment protected since before the building commenced. Really good water makes for really good beer, something the brewers at Capital Brewing Company use to their full advantage. Come learn how Capital’s Good Natured Brews are crafted, drawing insipration from Canberra’s cultural, built and natural environment. Tours will be running every Saturday and Sunday at 2pm and 4pm.
