Contemporary Architecture – Deakin Angle house

DESIGN Canberra presents a tour of Angle House, designed and built by MegaFlora Group.

Angle House is a bespoke and considered house made of various angles that both adhere to the site conditions but also pay homage to origami, the Japanese art of paper folding.

Inspired by a project featured in DESIGN Canberra, the owners were drawn to MegaFlora’s ethos of producing houses that put design and execution ahead of size or accessories, creating a house that paid attention to every detail, wasn’t just expensive or big for the sake of it and that celebrated the craft of building.

This is a small group architecture tour developed by DESIGN Canberra, in line with current COVID-safe restrictions. Numbers are limited and bookings are essential.

Tour 1: 10.00 to 10.40am

Tour 2: 10.45 to 11.25am

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the tour start time for checking in.
