Enrico Taglietti: The Town House Motel complex

Visitors to Canberra Museum and Gallery during DESIGN Canberra will have the unique opportunity to see the exceptional display of Enrico Taglietti’s model from CMAG’s collection. The Town House Motel complex (including Noah’s restaurant) was built in 1961 and demolished in the 1980s. It was located at the corner of Childers Street and Barry Drive and was meant to echo the shape and feel of a cruise ship. Enrico Taglietti and Darrel Killen gifted the model to CMAG in 2012.
