“Transformation with a Twist” showcases contemporary textile works created by members of Canberra Spinners and Weavers. Each work is the result of collaboration between at least two members (including some members of Canberra Region Feltmakers). Artists exchanged partly-made textiles to be transformed into a new work: some with conceptual intent, others for practical use. This exhibition demonstrates what can be achieved by crossing boundaries and letting go of ownership and design ideas. All work will be for sale.
