Geelong St. Workshop was established in 2018 by studio director, Rolf Barfoed. The shared workshop builds on the history of a key group of craftspeople and furniture designers who have been working together since 2014.

The workshop accommodates five people whose collective practices have great creative breadth and ambition. The type of work generated includes one-off, finely crafted commission pieces, high volume commercial furniture, fine art framing, sculpture and even an Archibald Prize finalist thrown in for good measure.

Geelong St. Workshop stands as a strong example of the professionalism that is achievable in the creative arts when people come together and share experience, knowledge and time.
