With exclusive all-night access to Game Masters: The Exhibition and 80 playable video games, the bar open late and music in the Courtyard, our Local Heroes of Gaming night will present talks and demonstrations from Canberra legends. Canberra-based game developers Anna Tito (Crossy: Road, The Simpsons:Tapped Out) and Ben Roach (Final Fantasy XV, Elden Ring) will discuss their careers and latest works. Games music composer Mick Gordon (Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Doom) will chat with composer Kenneth Lampl from the ANU School of Music. Game Loading: Rise of the Indies, an Australian-directed documentary, looks at indie developers, their craft, games and how they forever changed the landscape of games culture.
