Canberra Spinners and Weavers and Canberra Region Feltmakers come together for a joint exhibition at the newly established Textile Works Gallery in Chifley. Textile makers from each organisation will exchange works that allow for transformation and deconstruction by other group members, exploring possibilities for reworking the pieces outside of their traditional boundaries.

The resulting works will be collaborative pieces that have been reinterpreted in other textile formats including; felting, weaving, spinning, dyeing, stitchery, knitting, tapestry and rug making, and explore the geometry of Canberra through woven designs and free form textile processes.
