Morning Yoga Week Three

We know that yoga rejuvenates our bodies and calms our minds, and one of the ways we practice giving without expectation is by sharing our love for yoga.

Free yoga sessions will run every Thursday morning throughout the DESIGN Canberra festival. You are invited to meet us bright and early at the DESIGN Canberra festival hub in City Walk for this refreshing Wellness event. These sessions are designed to be enjoyed by the general public and are appropriate for beginners through to advanced skill levels.

The instructor of this session is Jem.

Jem owns and teachers at Kingston Yoga, located in the new Kingsborough precinct. Enjoy a slow paced flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements to help wake up the body and calm the mind.
