Open Studio
Curtis Glass Art’s Open Studio is open at 10:00am – 4:00pm on 12 November at 114 Uriarra Rd, Queanbeyan, NSW.
Matthew Curtis has a dynamic arts practice where consistent themes emerge, he is repeatedly drawn to the complexity and beauty of the microscopic architecture of living organisms. Particularly interested in the almost invisible space within the blown glass forms, she has recently been developing interactive neon and plasma artworks.
Harriet Schwarzrock has exhibited extensively throughout Australia and abroad. Her work is widely collected, and she has won various awards and been selected for prestigious residencies. Visitors can expect glass or neon demonstrations by the duo, and are open to conversations about their work.

DESIGN Canberra acknowledges the Ngunnawal people as the traditional custodians of the ACT and surrounding areas. We honour and respect their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this country and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region. We aim to respect cultural heritage, customs and beliefs of all Indigenous people.
