Storybird Studio’s Open Studio is open at 10:00am – 4:00pm on 12 November at 67 Kembla Street, Fyschwick, ACT.

Nicola Dickson is a multimedia artist who exhibits throughout Australia with many of her works held in private and public collections. Hanna Hoyne is a sculptor, designer & researcher, exhibiting in Australia, Germany & Hong Kong. Since 1998 she has created interactive sculpture & sculptural garments for performance, theatre & slow fashion. The demonstration of both the alchemic transformation of materials into art objects and the continual adaptation of artists’ working methods will be highlighted this year in Storybird Studio. Visitors can expect to gain insights into the evolving processes that Nicola and Hanna use to mold materials. There will be a range of works available for purchase including paintings, prints, ceramics and cards by Nicola while Hanna will show a new range of her wearable sculptural works.
