FJORD’s Regional Design Director, Andy Polaine, hosts a two-hour workshop outlining service design as a discipline – techniques for innovation, human-centred processes, design thinking and how to bring it all to life. Participants will learn about the theory and see examples of where it’s used in government and industry in real life.
