ANCA Mitchell is celebrating it’s 25th Birthday. Have a bite at our food stall and a drink courtesy of BentSpoke Brewing Co.. Then join ANCA’s quarter century celebrations with live music, a birthday cake, open studios, ANCA now&then and live mural art.
ANCA Mitchell houses 15 large industrial studios, which have fostered a community of Canberra’s visual artists and craftspeople over the last 25 years. These artists are behind works at the National Gallery of Australia, they shape the minds of new artists at CIT and ANU, they fill Canberra’s contemporary galleries with innovative work and build the stunning hand-crafted objects living in Canberra’s homes. Explore the studios of the current artists and craftspeople at ANCA Mitchell as we rejoice in our past and future.
