Designing the World showcases objects from six design museums around the world. Curators have selected 10 objects from each of their collections that are exemplary in providing solutions for the most elementary human needs: food & drink, physical and mental health and security and protection. By representing objects from all over the world the exhibition presents a culturally diverse image of how humans shape their world in relation to their geographic location. The diverse range of objects on display have all been developed and designed to have an impact on the lives of people. And that is how Cube defines design.
