Undercurrent is a unique market event for the Canberra region showcasing local and interstate designer makers. The contemporary market sets itself above the standard market experience through a curated mix of design across different mediums and work practices. This year it will be held in the Terrace rooms of the award winning National Portrait Gallery.
Now in its sixth year, Undercurrent will be showcasing an expanded array of contemporary Australian design with over 70 exhibitors including Netty Blair, Catherine Casey, Pila Rijas, Alison Jackson, BulaBula Arts, and more. The market features a range of professionally designed and handmade jewellery, ceramics, glass, textiles and weaving, stationery, clothing, home wares, bags and shoes.
