This is an exhibition of small-scale architectural models and drawings made in response Canberra’s urban realm. It is an exhibition of provocative ideas for the city that engage with spaces hidden within the urban footprint—in small passages, undercroft voids and back spaces. The projects are drawn from the Architecture Laboratory and Urban Studio units taught in the University of Canberra’s Master of Architecture course.
Project contributors include Ned Barrett, Rob Collie, Valentina Deeble, Savita Gaonkar, Mitchell Gardoll, Javier Gonzales, Sarah Herbert, Eleanor Kirkham, Tahnia Littlejohn, Ashley Lo, Shannon McGrath, Michael Mckeon, Jacquelin Michel, Navacha Navasith, Mathew Ostini, Eliza Patterson, Harley Peachey, Mark Power, Daniel Reardon, Francesca Regan, Brendan Searle, Duncan Stewart, Lorenzo Tosti, Melanie Vella, Mark Webster and Lester Yao. Project led by Ann Cleary with Jess de Rome, Bronwen Jones and Ben Walker.
